PANADOL EXTRA 24 TAB: This is a tablet that contains acetaminophen and caffeine. It is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains due to headache, muscular aches, menstrual periods, toothache, backache, osteoarthritis or cold/flu. It also reduces fever. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and inflammation in the body. Caffeine enhances the pain-relieving effect of acetaminophen101112.
