Administration: Intramuscular Preparation : Reconstitute Vials With Sterile Water For Injection :- -Vial 500 mg >> Reconstitute With 2 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection Or 1 % lidocaine. -Vial 1 gm >> Reconstitute With 3 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection Or 1 % lidocaine. -Vial 2 gm >> Reconstitute With 5 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection Or 1 % lidocaine. Note. Reconstituted Solution Is Stable For 12 To 24 hours When Refrigerated. Administration : Intravenous Preparation : Reconstitute Vials With ≥10 ml Sterile Water For Injection * Resulting In Concentration: - Vial 500 mg Final Concentration Is >> 50 mg/ml. - Vial 1 gm Final Concentration Is >> 95 mg/ml. - Vial 2 gm Final Concentration Is >> 180 mg/ml. Shake To Dissolve. May Be Further Diluted Up To 1000 ml With Normal Saline , Dextrose 5 %, Dextrose 10% , Dextrose5% Normal Saline , Or Lactated Ringer. Note. Reconstituted Solution In Normal Saline Is Stable For 24 Hours At Room Temperature, 5 Days When Refrigerated.
