DEXAFLOX 5 ML DROPS: This is a combination of ofloxacin and dexamethasone, used to treat eye or ear infections with inflammation. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces swelling and pain17. The usual dose for eye infections is one or two drops into the affected eye every two to four hours for the first two days and then four times a day from then on. The usual dose for ear infections is four drops into the affected ear twice daily for seven days18.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
