ALL- VENT SYRUP 125 ML is a bronchodilator, mucolytic, expectorant, and demulcent syrup. It contains bromhexine hydrochloride, terbutaline sulphate, guaifenesin, and menthol as the active ingredients. It is used to treat productive cough when associated with bronchospasm in conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, and emphysema. It works by liquefying the thick and tenacious sputum, increasing the secretion of sputum, relaxing the bronchial muscles, and providing a cooling sensation. The dosage for adults is 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) three times daily. The dosage for children from 6 to 12 years is 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) three times daily. The dosage for children from 2 to 6 years is 1/2 teaspoonful (2.5 ml) three times daily56
