ACTIFAST 50 MG 30 TAB is a pain reliever and fever reducer that contains acetaminophen as the active ingredient. It belongs to a group of medicines called analgesics or antipyretics. It is used to treat various conditions such as headache, muscle ache, arthritis, toothache, menstrual cramps, colds, flu, and sore throat. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, which are substances that cause pain and inflammation in the body. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years is 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
