قارورة للحقن تحتوي على 1 جم من سيفازيديم "الجيل الثالث من السيفالوسبورين" تستخدم لعلاج عدوى بكتيرية في مجرى الدم (بكتيريا الدم سلبية الجرام)، عدوى بكتيرية في العظام والمفاصل، عدوى بكتيرية في الجهاز العصبي المركزي، العلاج التجريبي في المرضى الذين يعانون من ضعف المناعة، عدوى بكتيرية في أمراض النساء، عدوى بكتيرية في الجهاز التنفسي السفلي، عدوى بكتيرية في الجلد والأنسجة الرخوة. طريقة الاستخدام: حقن عضلي أو وريدي لمدة 3 إلى 5 دقائق أو تسريب متقطع لمدة 15 إلى 30 دقيقة. التحضير للإعطاء: **الحقن العضلي: باستخدام الماء المعقم للحقن، ليدوكايين 0.5% أو 1% - قارورة 500 ملغ مُعاد تكوينها مع 1.5 مل من الماء المعقم للحقن، ليدوكايين 0.5% أو 1%. - قارورة 1 غرام مُعاد تكوينها مع 3 مل من الماء المعقم للحقن، ليدوكايين 0.5% أو 1%. **الحقن الوريدي: - قارورة 500 ملغ >> مُعاد تكوينها مع 5.3 مل من محلول ملحي سائل. - قارورة 1 غرام >> مُعاد تكوينها مع 10 مل من محلول ملحي سائل. - قارورة 2 غرام >> مُعاد تكوينها مع 10 مل من محلول ملحي سائل. التخزين: بمجرد إعادة تكوينه، يجب استخدامه خلال 12 ساعة إذا تم تخزينه في درجة حرارة الغرفة أو خلال 3 أيام إذا تم تخزينه في الثلاجة.
